Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing is a key player on the Venmo Marketing team, helping to bring high-impact campaigns to life to life and drive brand awareness and customer growth. You will be focused on creative strategy and execution across integrated campaigns, ensuring connectivity, consistency, quality and impact for our highest priority initiatives. You see the big picture and how it all fits together and know how to work with your cross-functional partners to get it done in tandem.
As a part of the team, you will bring together insights, strategy and creative to develop integrated marketing campaigns leveraging the full marketing funnel and channels to tell the story of Venmo and drive consideration and conversion of key messages, products, features & benefits. You will work with cross-functional partners in market research, PMM, media, lifecycle marketing, and more, and bring key activations and programs to life throughout the year.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

What the job involves:

  • Collaborate on and develop integrated marketing plans to fuel top and mid-to-lower-funnel brand love and customer growth

  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives including strategy / briefing, collaboration with creative agencies, production and execution

  • Bring new ideas to the table and execute across creative, media, channels and formats that can best tell our Venmo story (e.g., sponsorships, sponsored content, influencer partnerships, events, display, social, search, etc.). 

  • Partner with our internal creative teams, agencies, and comms teams to ensure coordination and alignment across owned, earned, and paid channels to deliver on goals 

  • Work with the product marketing team and stakeholders in brand to develop and execute cross-funnel campaigns for priority Venmo products

  • Be a stakeholder with creative agencies and internal brand team from briefing, providing strong creative guidance and influencing stakeholder buy-in on concepts, and manage production in tandem with production and creative teams 

  • Lead with influence in a matrixed organization and work with internal partners and external agencies to deliver world-class marketing campaigns and programs to achieve goals 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and analytics teams to track, analyze and report initiative performance against key KPIs and budget 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and understand how those trends impact our users and our products

Experience desired: 

  • Possess 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, campaign planning and management, demonstrating a versatile marketing skill set across various domains 

  • Experience marketing to consumer audience, preferably in technology or financial category

  • Ability to operate and thrive in an agile environment 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven 

  • Strong relationship builder, great communicator, and strong influencer 

  • Positive team player motivated by being part of and succeeding as a team

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Primary Location | Pay Range:

Chicago, Illinois: ($130,500.00 - $193,600.00 Annually)
