Job Description
Digital Transformation – Responsibilities:
§ Software Development: Collaborates with Business users to implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
§ Problem Solver: Implements effective solutions for business needs.
Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing
o Conversational AI IVR and chatbot using one or more of Amazon Connect, NICE, or Genesys
o RESTful APIs integration
· Automate IVR and Chatbot to capture caller info and show it on agent desktops.
· Integrate IVR and Chatbot with financial systems using APIs to enable caller self-service.
· The candidate must be capable of independently handling technical and programming tasks
· Excellent communication, presentation/demoing capabilities, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
