RequirementsDomain Knowledge• 3D Modeling & Drafting: Responsible for creating comprehensive 2D/3D system drawings in AutoCAD/Revit for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. • Trade Coordination: Actively coordinate between various trades to ensure MEP systems fit within the specific structural and architectural layouts. • BIM Standards: Execute MEP layout detailing, modeling, and drafting at levels of development ranging from LOD 100 to 400, tailored to specific customer requirements. • Technical Documentation: Prepare HVAC shop drawings, including ventilation and chilled water layouts. Perform duct and pipe size calculations. • Clash Detection & QA/QC: Utilize Navisworks to perform clash detection against Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines.
