Job Summary:
The Senior Master Data Management Analyst oversees key processes and projects associated with the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of one or more critical master data (MD) domains. Considered a content expert in several domains. Leads cross-functional conversations to capture business requirements that drive process improvements in master data maintenance with both internal and external customers. Reports on key MD metrics.
Responsibilities:
10% Responsible for corporate MD configuration and data quality across applications and a complex integrated landscape.
20% Governs all functions and utilization of company's MD policies and procedures within established MD domains globally.
25% Configures Columbia Sportswear's MD MGMT application, win shuttle scrips, and Integration Cross Reference Tables. Seasonally configures data elements in JDE and SAP to support operational needs.
25% Leverages MD expertise to manage and solve data quality issues. Accountable for quick resolution to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information. Reviews and approves changes/additions to key strategic data elements to ensure application harmonization and business effectiveness.
5% Provides recommendations to internal and external partners related to MD for process enhancement, seasonal initiatives, and other projects as needed.
5% Analyzes data to increase quality as it relates to accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, timeliness, conformity, and validity. Verifies accuracy of data across the system landscape.
5% Uses analytical tools and routines to maintain and improve the quality and integrity of the company's enterprise MD files.
Provides leadership and subject matter expertise on projects and initiatives.
5% Performs other duties as assigned.
Must Have:
• 2 Domain expertise (Vendor Master, Customer Master, Material Master)
• ERP exposure: SAP S4/HANA or ECC.

•Power BI
•Advanced Excel (Macros)
Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 6-9 years of professional experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job.
• Strong competency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job including Excel, SAP (or similar scale ERP), and BW reporting
• In depth knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories within own discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines. Applies broader knowledge of industry standards/practices to assignments and others.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and financial processes helpful.
• Supply chain background helpful.
