$70,000.00/Yr. - $85,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lifecycle Marketing team in the MarTech & RevOps Division, by assisting with the development, coordination, and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing campaign coordination, data analysis, marketing technology and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with precision and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution Support: Assist the Marketing Strategy and Lifecycle Marketing teams in translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing, to drive lower-funnel traffic and achieve acquisition and cross-sell targets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (such as Creative, Data Analytics, and Compliance) and external vendors to develop, review, and approve marketing assets. Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and adhere to regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality, on-brand creative that resonates with target audiences
  • Resource and Compliance Coordination: Write detailed requirements and support tickets to streamline workflows and ensure accurate output. Work closely with Compliance and legal teams to meet regulatory requirements, ensuring that campaigns are both impactful and compliant
  • Quality Assurance and Material Review: Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and alignment with campaign objectives. Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and are tailored to the intended audience
  • Campaign Tracking and Reporting: Utilize existing dashboards and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance. Regularly communicate progress against goals to stakeholders, providing insights into the marketing contribution to business unit performance. Use data insights to identify trends and recommend optimizations
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research as needed to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. Provide insights that support special promotions, product positioning, and strategic projects
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying areas to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and collaboration. Participate in team meetings and brainstorms to bring fresh ideas to campaign planning and execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or campaign execution, ideally within a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • 1+ year of SQL experience
  • CRM experience
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and MarTech tools; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track and report on campaign performance
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Campaign Coordination and Support: Proven experience supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Strong attention to detail with the ability to leverage data insights to guide decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Team-Oriented and Collaborative: Works well within a cross-functional team environment, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving work environment and proactively seeking solutions to challenges
  • Positive Attitude: Brings enthusiasm and a solutions-focused mindset to the team
  • Transparency: Communicates openly and effectively, ensuring clarity in all interactions
  • Flexibility: Adapts easily to new information, changing priorities, and alternative approaches
