- Work closely with the VP of Marketing, head of demand gen, and growth product teams to develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our sales-led acquisition strategy, to complement our self-serve/PLG motion.
- Manage a team of contractors/agencies and eventually, build out a world class team of growth marketers
- Partner closely with GTM leads, Data, and Finance to define, set, and report on best-in-class KPIs for both PLG and Sales-led growth motions. Work together to improve attribution, forecast and track ROI, and align efforts to successfully win target accounts
- Develop strong relationships with data, design, and engineering teams to build a culture of rapid experimentation and best-in-class growth marketing data and technology innovation.

- Proven experience at a B2B SaaS startup, ideally with a hybrid self-serve and sales-led growth motions.
- Proven experience of building growth marketing programs from scrappy pilots to scaled teams and deep skills in SEO/SEM, demand gen and CRO.

- Comfortable with SQL and tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay, Segment/Rudderstack.
- Have strong quantitative analytical skills and are comfortable working in data analytics platforms and data visualization software to own your numbers

In addition to our unique culture, Hex proudly offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched salary & equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible paid-time-off.

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience. Our Recruiting team will be able to provide more details during the interview process.
