In this role, you will Implement and monitor marketing strategies to support Nasdaq's Index Licensing business in collaboration with sales and product teams. You will be focused on increasing awareness and demand for our index capabilities with target audiences in the Americas using techniques such as targeted emails, nurture campaigns, social media promotion, digital advertising, and search engine marketing as well as virtual and in-person events.
With high-level strategic direction from the Head of Index Marketing:
- Works closely with colleagues across Marketing as well as agency partners to design detailed integrated marketing campaign plans, ensuring integration with other campaigns and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Implements integrated marketing strategies to drive client and prospect awareness and engagement around a broad range of index capabilities.
- Develops email marketing campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce in collaboration with Research and Distribution teams as well as Digital Marketing specialists.
- Leverages existing content and makes data-driven recommendations to develop new content topics and/or formats, including creative assets. Creates copy to position/promote content for various distribution channels including internal communications.
- Collaborates closely with fellow marketers and Marketing Operations and leverages the martech stack to effectively determine effectiveness of campaigns vs benchmarks, make recommendations for improvements, and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to business partners.
- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or English
- Experience Required: At least 8 years
