Responsibilities

Schedule Details:

Our Marketing Manager will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

As a Sr Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for :

  • To provide overall leadership and support of Hilton Grand Vacations’ marketing programs, processes, and team members.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of new creative marketing programs that increase tour flow, with an emphasis on sustained growth of Club Use penetration, sales efficiency and guest experience.
  • Recruitment, training and development of Marketing Representatives.
  • Coordinate with Sales leaders to ensure effective tour management and maintain open lines of communication regarding new procedures, programs or policies.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations at the resort level, including management of Marketing Representatives to ensure an outstanding owner experience while operating in unison with Hotel Operations, Support Services, and Vendors to achieve goals. ·
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will also be required to support the marketing department in other functions as defined by the Director of Marketing.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years timeshare industry related management experience.
  • Demonstrated skill in developing and communicating unique ideas/concepts. Ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing performance goals and delivering customer happiness.
  • Must have strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to have positive daily interactions with others and influence abilities to achieve targeted goals.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 4 Years of timeshare experience in marketing & sales.
  • Consistent record to exceed performance targets.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive and implement site programs and systems.
