Develop and execute the annual product marketing plan for the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) Business Unit, advancing commercial strategy for Edwards’ mitral and tricuspid portfolio and effectively engaging key constituents including field sales teams, clinicians, heart team stakeholders and hospital administrators.

How you will make an impact:

• Develop and lead execution of comprehensive TMTT marketing plans, including campaigns, strategies, tactics, launch readiness plans, and market development initiatives for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies across repair and replacement platforms.

Build and maintain relationships with structural heart key opinion leaders (KOLs), interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, echocardiographers, and other heart team stakeholders to inform launch plans, therapy adoption, and market development priorities.

Develop TMTT-specific marketing messages based on local/regional strategy, clinical evidence, competitive dynamics, patient pathway insights, and regulatory/legal requirements across the mitral and tricuspid portfolio, while maintaining a OneEdwards mindset and approach.

Develop strategic programs that support commercialization, therapy awareness, referral pathway development, patient identification, and market growth initiatives for TMTT technologies.

Drive development and approval of TMTT marketing collateral, labeling, training materials, and clinician-facing resources through relevant legal, medical, regulatory, and compliance review processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead major congress, advisory board, and KOL engagement initiatives that advance TMTT therapy education, clinical evidence dissemination, and peer-to-peer learning.

Develop and adapt Instructions for Use (IFU), patient education materials, and therapy-specific resources required to support regional approvals, commercialization, and safe adoption of TMTT technologies.

Lead significant process or corporate initiatives that impact and bring value to the organization including planning and development of internal meetings.

Develop TMTT marketing strategies and education sessions that enable commercial excellence (e.g.,  training on product, messaging, and competition)

Define and build a body of clinical, economic, and real-world evidence that supports the regional value proposition for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies, including outcomes, quality-of-life impact, and health system value.

Develop financial and business strategies: STRAT, AOP & Forecasting

Manage budgets related to product line, campaigns and projects

Analyze clinical, competitive, referral, and market data to assess regional impact of potential TMTT launches, therapy adoption barriers, account readiness, and market growth opportunities.

Collaborate with and help lead cross-business-unit strategies that connect TMTT with broader structural heart priorities, including strategic account development, heart team engagement, referral pathway optimization, and OneEdwards customer solutions. Work closely and build strong relationships with the Global and Regional Marketing teams.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field and 10 years of related experience in medical device sales, marketing, structural heart, cardiovascular, or healthcare industry; or

Master’s Degree or equivalent in a related field and 8 years of related experience in medical device sales, marketing, structural heart, cardiovascular, or healthcare industry.

For Canada, the base pay range for this position is $125 000 - $177 000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
