Lead the planning, definition, and design of end-to-end scientific solutions by integrating company products, services, and partner offerings. Work with Bond Rx PM, define overall Aurora solution and other scientific related product Go to Market Develop clear and persuasive solution whitepapers, use cases, value propositions, and competitive analysis reports for Aurora and other scientific solutions Maintain a strong awareness of emerging scientific fields, technologies (e.g.,multiplex fluorescence/ Ominics), and industry regulations. Pre-sales Support & Customer Enablement act as a senior scientific consultant, supporting the sales team in key customer engagements, including deep-dive technical discussions, needs assessment workshops, and solution demonstrations. Serve as a speaker at industry conferences, webinars, and customer training sessions, effectively communicating the scientific value of our solutions. Gather and synthesize frontline customer feedback for the product team to influence the product roadmap. Work with LBS strategy leader to further get insight into scientific market, including LS market intelligence and competitor information, offer insight to make further business decisions
