PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how BECU connects with members across their entire lifecycle—from onboarding through engagement, cross-sell, and retention. You’ll design and define marketing strategies that unify the member experience, using data-driven insights to create meaningful, personalized interactions. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lifecycle Strategy & Journey Ownership: You’ll lead the development of end-to-end member journeys, mapping key lifecycle stages and defining the moments that matter to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Segmentation Strategy Development: You’ll build and operationalize segmentation strategies, translating enterprise segments into actionable marketing approaches that better serve diverse member needs.
Marketing Model Strategy: You’ll own key marketing models (e.g., next best offer, attrition) from a strategic lens—identifying gaps, refining existing models, and shaping future capabilities.
Channel Expansion & Strategy: Guide an integrated channel strategy across digital and traditional platforms, with a focus on expanding into under-utilized channels to broaden reach, increase engagement, and drive measurable impact.
Data-Driven Insights & Performance Analysis: You’ll translate data into actionable insights, partnering with analytics teams to inform strategies, evaluate performance, and improve marketing effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience
Seven years of experience as a Marketing Manager or related role

CRM and life-cycle marketing experience
Project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
Exceptional written and executive presentation skills, with experience developing and delivering strategic presentations tailored to leadership and executive audiences.
Demonstrated understanding of brand and its relation to positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics
