This is a full time role, based on-site at our Green Park office in central London. 4 days a week office-based, 1 day work from home.
You’ll play a vital role in helping our affiliates grow their businesses, elevate their marketing, and maximise the full value of our brand and services
You will also play a key role in assisting and working on core services such as our magazine and website alongside PR and Social Media promotion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support Senior Director with a set portfolio of international affiliates; working to help support overall affiliate growth, ensuring affiliates maximise the full scope of CIRE initiatives.
Act as an integral member of the Service Team, with a full understanding of all services offered to affiliates. Contribute ideas, support with training and execute the services within your remit.
Take responsibility for specific services, ensuring they are adapted to regional needs and continuously improved. Regularly review, refine, and enhance these services to maximise their impact together with the Senior Director.
Facilitate submitting assets for International content for monthly newsletter; working closely with International Team and PR & Communications Team
Manage review and creation of supporting marketing materials - presentation decks, email communications etc
Understand affiliate markets and help support affiliates with their local marketing strategy leveraging the CIRE initiatives. Submit International property as featured property for inclusion on Christie’s website
Work with affiliates and Senior Director to ensure marketing for top properties utilising the CIRE channels
Digital analysis – regularly review affiliate websites, properties showing on CIRE website and social media profiles to have up to date understanding on their listings PR Support – join monthly PR call, support affiliates with PR requests
Social Media management. Point of contact for affiliates as needed and liaison with the U.S team
Analysing Social Media / PR data for better advice on content from our region
Work alongside Senior Director to ensure brand compliance across the network
Receive training on IT / Digital aspects and help advise / troubleshoot affiliate issues
CIRE Magazine - help train affiliates on using the online magazine portal, oversee correct orders are placed, help troubleshoot issues with delivery
Agents training: work with Senior Director on agents training roll out and develop further resources that can be utilised by agents
Work with Senior Director to review agent structures for each affiliate
Quarterly Audit on Agent training requirements
Create agenda and help co-ordinate visits from agents to London / as well as coordination for Senior Director for agent trainings in local markets
Support Senior Director in reviewing and enhancing the bespoke marketing programme: from content development to delivery of marketing initiatives, report preparation and presentation. This programme provides elevated marketing options for special properties, including tailored channels to reach HNW individuals and Christie’s clients.
Brainstorm and support Senior Director vs topics, and set up (work with U.S team) – ‘Connect Live’, work on gathering content for the presentations, creating new templates as needed, act as tech host on the call, respond to Q&A, work on content and help with circulating follow up
Support Quarterly EMEA Lifestyle Networking Calls: work with Senior Director to source content for slides, act as tech host for the call, respond to Q&A in the chat box, prepare follow up from the call and circulate stats from the call. Help with registration and attendance for the calls from wider network.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate would be fluent in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish or Italian.

- Minimum of 3 years working in Marketing, ideally for a luxury brand
- Exposure to working in a small team that’s part of a bigger global organisation
- Technical & Creative Skills: Ability to produce professional decks, manage marketing and operational assets, and work confidently with software tools (Canva) and internal systems to support the role.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and global offices.
- Project & Task Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Client Training & Support: Confidence in training clients on systems, processes, and best practices, ensuring high engagement and adoption.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients, senior Christie’s colleagues, and international partners.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at developing trust-based, long-term relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.

Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years working in Marketing
