This position is dedicated to building active and stable communication channels and effective policy advocacy practices for Roche Diagnostics China and national level medical insurance, health related departments, industry associations, and academic organizations. Particularly, it has a deep understanding and insight into the logic system of medical service price access, medical consumables medical insurance coding, and health policies related to China's medical device industry. Deeply involved in the drafting, revision, and recommendations of standards and guidelines in relevant policy areas, possessing a keen ability to make forward-looking policy judgments to support enterprises in risk prevention, rapid response, and proposing response strategies. Collaborate with the national market access team to establish a communication platform for internal training, implementation observation, and feedback on national health policies. This position is a pioneer in using health economics evidence to advocate for value access in enterprises, and particularly outstanding candidates will have the opportunity to join the China Innovation Market Access Project.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Build up and maintain effective communication with the National Health Insurance Administration, the National Health Commission, medical reform expert think-tanks, professional associations, Universities, KOLs, etc.

2. Assist Line managers in formulating central market access strategies,policy analysis and early warning and so on.

3. Assist line managers to achieve the team’s core business indicators, including Pricing Items, Technical Specifications for National Medical Service Projects, Medical Service Price Governance,etc.
