Salary Range $142,000 - $157,000 based on experience
• Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary (include only if applicable to the grade level)

Develop strategies to ensure FG inventory optimization and working capital management targets are met.
Lead and govern production planning and scheduling activities across US sites to ensure targeted FG inventory levels, customer service metrics are met.
Leads the U.S. plant supply planning team supporting three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, with direct people-management accountability for site supply planning resources and matrix leadership across site planning, manufacturing, quality, procurement, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
Leads/supports plant S&OP/IBP processes and ensure alignment between operational capabilities and commercial objectives to maximize service, inventory management (plant) for Raw/SFG/FG’s and profitability.
Provide supply chain leadership for new product launches and lifecycle changes, ensuring supply readiness, inventory strategy, and cross-functional execution.
Owns execution, follow-up of S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and bi-weekly back-order reporting to Sr. Leadership
This position will take an active role in supply discussions with US production plants to have a close awareness of supply bottlenecks/situations and to develop supply risk and mitigation strategies.
Key contributor to Executive S&OP meeting w/responsibility for root cause & corrective action reporting
Primary US Supply Chain lead to interface with Global SCM for US Plant requests and required analysis.
Utilizes current and future reporting tools to proactively manage supply across the sites.
Responsible for developing automated supply projection planning tool.
Responsible for FK-GAN multi-sourcing maintenance and error corrections
Lead strategic supply chain initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and cross-functional projects that improve service, working capital, manufacturing resilience, and network performance.

Travel requirement of a minimum of 25%. One trip to individual site per quarter.
Requirements
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly desired. Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Must have an in-depth knowledge of supply chain practices along with 8 years of related inventory management experience.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including being able to communicate effectively with a broad range of multicultural, domestic and international partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis, corrective / preventive actions and follow-up.
Ability to influence internal business partners and to drive fact-based business decisions.
Must demonstrate effective skills related to communication, decision-making, leadership, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Ability to coach and mentor team members.
Possess excellent time management skills and can manage multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; SAP experience is strongly desired.
