The Senior Manager, UBIF Business Development is an individual-contributor role responsible for driving uBreakiFix strategy and securing new clients for in-warranty, out-of-warranty, and protection plan repair volume, as well as new service capabilities such as installation and non-repair services across the UBIF network (stores, remote tech, and mail-in). Operating with significant autonomy over daily strategy and deal approach, this role co-owns overall deal strategy with the Sr. Director, UBIF Business Development, who maintains final deal approval. The Senior Manager regularly engages VP+ stakeholders at both Asurion/UBIF and client organizations, uses data to guide decisions, and leverages AI tools to accelerate research, proposal development, and reporting to maximize time spent on client discussions, solution design, and negotiation.
