Key Responsibilities
Own the product backlog for the AI Control Tower and ensure it reflects the highest-value business and technical priorities.
Lead the intake pipeline for control tower requests and ensure work is evaluated, prioritized, and governed appropriately.
Define and maintain product management processes for backlog health, prioritization, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with business, technical, and functional stakeholders to gather needs, clarify requirements, and sequence work effectively.
Establish clear criteria for prioritization based on business value, strategic alignment, urgency, technical feasibility, and resource considerations.
Drive product governance forums and operating cadences to support transparent decision-making and timely issue resolution.
Ensure visibility to backlog status, product decisions, pipeline health, and execution risks.
Lead cross-functional alignment on scope, dependencies, tradeoffs, and release priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve product flow, backlog quality, and overall control tower effectiveness.
Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to support execution of prioritized work.
Use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to continuously improve the product and its supporting processes.
Apply lean and FLIGHT DECK principles to standardize team operating mechanisms and improve execution.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 6 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical product management, product ownership, program management, or portfolio leadership.
Experience leading product backlog management, intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
Experience working across business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into structured product plans and priorities.

Additional Information:
The base pay range for this position is $131,000- $150,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 24th, 2026.
