Sr Manager, Data, AI and Commercial Strategy, International SPM based in Singapore

The Sr Manager Data, AI and Commercial Strategy is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping International Sports Medicine’s commercial execution through advanced analytics, AI-Agents for decision support and market positioning, and structured strategic execution.
Reporting to the Senior Director, International Commercial Planning, this role acts as a strategic AI architect and developer —connecting data, AI capabilities, and market insight to drive growth priorities, improve execution discipline, and enable leadership decision-making across international markets.
What will you be doing?
- Support of the development of the International Sports business towards an Agentic Enterprise, including:
- Development of AI Agents that support surgeon conversion, product pull through, objection handling, account activation and execution readiness
- Translation of market, customer and account-level data into insights to drive targeted commercial actions through Agentic solutions
- Enablement of AI / data-driven decision-making through the development and maintenance of dashboards and actionable insights for local and regional teams
- Enhancement data infrastructure and automation to improve speed and quality of decision-making
- Enablement, governance, and support model to scale AI use cases
- Drive the strategy and process for integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic systems and AI Agents across organizational processes for both efficiency gains and competitive differentiation
- Own the roadmap for AI-enabled decision support, including launch and sell AI agent use cases
- Act as product owner for AI agents and automation initiatives, in partnership with commercial, IT, AI CoE, and external partners
- Identify AI platform architecture, AI workflows and intelligence loops to scale AI across product lines and commercial teams
- Lead and support International Strategy, coordinating a portfolio of high-impact initiatives aligned to annual and mid-term priorities
- Provide market intelligence and sizing analysis to inform strategic priorities, resource allocation, and portfolio focus
- Prepare and coordinate strategic inputs for monthly and quarterly reviews, ensuring leadership has a consistent and fact-based view of progress against plan, enabling leadership to track performance, identify risks, and take timely corrective actions
- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives throughout the year, flagging deviations early and recommending corrective actions to keep the plan on track
- Establish execution rhythms, milestones, and KPIs to track progress, escalate risks, and support leadership course-correction
- Prepare integrated strategy and performance materials for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc leadership forums
What will you need to be successful?
Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in technology, commercial strategy, consulting, or related functions within the medical devices or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, automation, decision support tools) in a commercial or strategic context.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Experience developing and managing dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking frameworks
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across markets and functions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
