The Senior Manager Strategic Marketing, WCH partners with platform and priority market leaders to support clarity, consistency, and execution of brand strategy in key growth geographies. The role helps connect global brand strategy with priority market needs, enabling strong brand presence, coherence, and aligned market execution across MedTech Surgery platform portfolios.
This role focuses on supporting priority market needs and brand stewardship—helping markets execute strategic priorities while respecting and communicating local context and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship & Alignment
- Support global brand strategy by helping ensure clarity, consistency, and appropriate application across markets
- Support translation of global brand direction into relevant approaches for China and Japan
- Gather and share market insights with brand leaders to inform product development and brand strategy initiatives
Regional & Market Partnership
- Serve as a key point of coordination between global brand teams and priority market leaders
- Support priority markets in adapting global strategies to local needs, regulations, and market dynamics
Marketing Enablement & Capabilities
