Job Summary
- SiTime is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Semiconductor Partnership Sales to be based in China. This role is responsible for building and expanding SiTime’s semiconductor ecosystem and platform presence, while securing strategic business with vertically integrated semiconductor companies. The position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, enabling platform adoption, and strengthening SiTime’s footprint across both silicon and system-level opportunities. The role requires strong strategic thinking, customer engagement, and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop partnerships, influence product roadmaps, and close high-impact business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with semiconductor companies and ecosystem players in China
- Drive design-in momentum, revenue growth, and key platform/system-level design wins through disciplined account engagement and execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer requirements and manage the full engagement cycle from reference design to ODM, CM, and OEM/end customers, ensuring design-ins convert into revenue
- Identify and develop opportunities for joint product roadmaps and long-term strategic partnerships
- Engage with platform, system, and silicon architects while strengthening long-term relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- ~20 years of experience in semiconductor sales, partnership, or business development with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic design wins
- Deep experience in the semiconductor industry (components, IP, or system-level solutions) with the ability to develop and execute account strategies for complex, high-value opportunities
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage effectively with platform, system, and silicon architects
- Established industry network and str ong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organizations

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for the Sales Commission Plan, paid out quarterly based on achievement of sales objectives and goals. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
