This role is an enablement support function responsible for ensuring that governance programs for GBS for internal audit, reconciliation reviews are maintained to avoid financial misstatement reporting risk. The individual works directly with teams on assessing risk profiles of end-to-end processes to ensure that there are sufficient controls and oversight to prevent and detect material misstatements. The person also reviews all financial deliverables to ensure quality is maintained and audit costs do not result in overruns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordination of audit deliverables
  • Evaluating new and existing process risk profiles
  • Governing internal audit and balance sheet reconciliation programs
  • Coordinating GBS financial planning and analysis
  • Reviewing audit deliverables for risks
  • Prepare recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization on ways to mitigate risks based on the results of testing and controls evaluations.
  • Be responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap to build and enhance a suite of automated testing and analytics tools around our risk controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with Big Four or Internal/External audit experience
  • Certified Professional Accountant
  • Bachelor’s degree
