The Sr. Manager, Product Manager, develops and owns the short-term strategic direction of assigned product group; ensures that Littelfuse’s existing and new products drives profitable growth.
Creates procedures to support the Littelfuse short-term strategy.
You Will:
- Confronts and solves performance/operational issues to improve efficiency and meet goals.
- Partners with Senior Leadership to create short-term strategy of assigned product group; strategy ensures that product lines meet customer needs, meet budgetary requirements, and quality targets.
- Leads professionals and/or managers to ensure that goals of the team align to overall company strategy.
- Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Establishes systems to collect metrics and analyze customer needs for continued growth and profitability.
You Have:
- Bachelor or university degree
- 10+ years of experience
- Management experience
- Deep knowledge of product management practices
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
