About the RoleIn this role you are accountable for ensuring delivery of all capabilities impacting and enabling our functions. This includes real-time relevant business communications and engagement to ensure our capabilities' uptime and performance meets the operating need. Collaboration with product management and engineering is key to success in this role.
The Technical Product Manager will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to curate and prioritize a product roadmap while defining our product practice to deliver transformational value across these lines of business, including the delivery of key initiatives that drive more efficiency and effective product outcomes. You will be responsible for roadmap development, product requirements management, stakeholder and customer engagement, leadership reviews, user testing, and product launch strategy and execution.What You'll Do

Develop a product vision that all stakeholders can understand and rally behind

Translate product vision into technical features and user stories for development teams

Manage technical build against customer needs and business objectives

Navigate development teams through organizational obstacles facing product builds

Contribute to and influence technical decisions with engineering and other development teams

Develop overarching product strategy through definition and management of multi-year product roadmap

Determine and prioritize feature enhancements by soliciting feedback from internal and brand stakeholders

Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, IT, operations and Vendors regarding the feature backlog

Steer a high-performing product line and drive cross-functional operational excellence and successful execution

Serve as the key collaboration point between business, technology, and other partners

Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage tasks, tools, relationships in every phase of development, from product planning through launch and beyond

Champion product management strategy to teams across the enterprise

Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address
Who You Are
-
4+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role in which you were responsible for owning and driving end-to-end product requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and practices
- Experience in implementing visionary product leadership
- Experience in building strategic product roadmaps
- Expertise in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional stakeholder management through excellent written and oral communication with people who have different levels of expertise, experience, and involvement in the product
- Experience in product architecture and design principles
- Ability to problem solve, identify issues, and manage through self-reliance to solution
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Advance degree is preferred.
