This role will be a hands-on leader who thrives in defining and building solutions across the Oracle Cloud EPM Platform and other financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong product management competencies with though leadership abilities to innovate, and deliver highly scalable, reliable, and sustainable solutions across the enterprise. Key qualifications include:What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for finance systems (Oracle ERP/EPM) and FP&A reporting tools (Anaplan).
- Partner with Finance Transformation, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to define product roadmap, understand business priorities, gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead E2E finance systems projects through project lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment, and adoption)
- Drive system implementations, enhancements, and integrations across GL, R2R, P2P, Treasury, O2C Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Vendors on managing and delivering system enhancements and new capabilities for finance stakeholders.
- Champion AI adoption and user experience improvements across finance operations.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- 8+ years of experience managing and implementing finance systems and reporting tools, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud and FP&A reporting tools (Anaplan, Oracle Narrative Reporting)
- Strong understanding of E2E core business processes relevant to retail industry (R2R, P2P, OTC)
- 5+ years of experience supporting a multinational, publicly traded company, including external financial reporting (US GAAP), SOX and ICFR controls considerations, and local/statutory reporting requirements (local GAAP, IFRS).
- Experience working with AI capabilities to support task automation, reconciliation and reporting (e.g. Gen AI for Reporting and Prediction Insights, and agentic AI for ledger processes).
- Ability to write robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test finance tools and capabilities.
- Results oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency to drive multiple projects to successful completion
- Ensures clear communication of project scope, timing, prioritization budgets, resource needs, and progress on an ongoing basis.
