What Makes You a Great Fit
We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across the APAC region. In this role, you will oversee payroll teams and processes, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, standardization, and technology enablement.
You are a collaborative and strategic leader who can balance day-to-day payroll execution with long-term operational goals while delivering a seamless employee experience.

How You'll Make an Impact
Lead, mentor, and develop payroll teams through coaching, performance management, and career development support.
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations delivery across the APAC region.
Manage payroll escalations, compliance risks, and operational challenges while driving effective resolutions.
Partner with payroll providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support payroll process improvements, system enhancements, statutory updates, and operational initiatives.
Monitor payroll performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to improve accountability and operational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes, documentation, workflows, and automation through technology solutions.
Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional partners to support business objectives.
Conduct performance reviews, establish goals, and support professional development plans for payroll team members.
Let’s Connect If You
Have 5+ years of APAC payroll experience and at least 3+ years managing a payroll team.
Have experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliations, compliance activities, and issue resolution across multiple APAC countries.
Possess strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax requirements, payroll controls, and compliance practices.
Have experience working with payroll systems, service providers, and payroll technology platforms.
Demonstrate the ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and resolve complex payroll challenges.
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.
Maintain a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential payroll and employee information.
