The Sr. Manager, Technology Regional Head position drives technology strategy and execution for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular commercial organizations in the Americas.
This role requires a leader who can combine Information Technology (IT) expertise with knowledge of the healthcare environment to lead groundbreaking change and accelerate business value.
The role requires active engagement and partnership with EP & NV senior leaders to craft new business model offerings while driving IT enablement of the business. The incumbent must build strong collaborative partnerships with business leaders across the business unit and J&J Technology.
A successful candidate will be able to think strategically as they explore various business problems, define the value propositions, and experiment with users to build the right products that deliver prioritized measurable business outcomes.

Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, cybersecurity, data and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, compliant and supportable solutions.
Own delivery outcomes across the product lifecycle, including experimentation, release planning, readiness, adoption, operational performance and continuous improvement.
