Senior Manager - Marketing Data Analytics 

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, we are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Digital Analytics Director to lead our enterprise data and attribution strategies. We are looking for a true team player with a can-do attitude who is ready to roll up their sleeves. Candidates should be self-sufficient, hardworking, very organized, and detail-driven. In this "player-coach" role, you will lead a specialized internal team, alongside external agencies, while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day data operations. You must be a go-getter willing to tackle any analytical challenge that comes your way, translating complex data into clear narratives for executive leadership.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and advanced Excel (including Macros).
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
  • Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing attribution methods and media mix modeling (offline, digital, streaming).

Marketing Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with strong expertise in paid media, SEM, SEO, and CRO.
  • 3+ years working in an analytical or data-driven role within a marketing organization.
  • Hands-on proficiency with key digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, GA4, HubSpot, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Agency Management: Lead our Digital Analytics and Attribution Initiatives, directing your internal team and external agencies utilizing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Budget & Media Optimization: Manage the marketing advertising budget. Continuously update, analyze, and present insights to the executive marketing team, providing data-backed recommendations for optimizing media buys across the entire marketing spectrum.
  • Hands-on Analysis & Mining: Act as an active practitioner, directly handling complex lead analysis and data mining to uncover hidden trends and opportunities.
  • Executive Strategy & Storytelling: Transform complex data sets into prescriptive, executive-level insights and comprehensive plans, effectively communicating the "story" behind the numbers to drive business decisions.
  • Advanced Modeling: Conduct regression analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing the overall marketing media mix.
  • Attribution Mastery: Navigate the complexities of multi-touch attribution, analyzing and integrating performance data across offline media, digital campaigns, and streaming platforms.
  • Platform Ownership: Own web analytics solutions across all channels and segments, and drive and maintain effective tagging within web and native mobile applications.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Create and manage analytic reporting that includes multi-channel attribution to deeply understand user flow, identify drop-off points, and present actionable areas for improvement.
