Position Summary
This role is hybrid and will require working from the office 3 days a week. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of a CVS/Aetna location.
Accountable for designing conceptual financial, economic models and strategic frameworks for clinical services organization. Supports multi-year Enterprise capital planning process for large scale and complex high value initiatives, and parts of strategic initiatives that impacts the delivery of products and services to the internal and external environment. Responsible for providing guidance, performance and status reporting, overseeing multi-initiative and capability roadmaps and presenting to formal Enterprise governance structures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management. Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations. Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.
- 5+ years of experience with financial analytics/Investments, financial modeling.
- Strategic, problem solver, analytical, financially data driven.
- Advanced technical skills: Microsoft suites (excel, power point, word).
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written). Ø Flexible, adaptable, and a strong individual contributor

Education
Masters degree preferred, but not required.
College degree. Appropriate licensure or certification by discipline preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $199,144.80
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
