DESCRIPTION:
At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll develop strategic marketing initiatives that support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As Sr. Manager, Regional Marketing, you'll guide a collaborative team developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. You'll work with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns, launch products, and drive customer engagement through multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to influence market growth, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable business results in an organization known for innovation and scientific advancement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience, with demonstrated success in regional or strategic marketing roles
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, or related scientific field
• Additional certifications in digital marketing and analytics valued
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Team leadership abilities with experience managing marketing professionals in a matrix organization
• Excellence in project management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levels
• Success working with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships effectively
• Digital marketing expertise including omnichannel campaign strategy and execution
• Proficiency with MS Office, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required
• Additional language skills valued
