That work has earned recognition as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators (2025), TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).
We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.
Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.
At Engine, we're transforming business travel into something personalized, rewarding, and simple. For too long, managing travel and spend has been overwhelming and fragmented — we're here to change that. We believe the future of travel should be seamless and powered by technology that delights customers at every step. That's why we're building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place.
To make this vision real, we're looking for exceptional, mission-driven people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel.
More than 20,000 companies already rely on Engine to support over 1 million travelers and billions in annual bookings each year. Cash flow positive with rapid growth, we pair exclusive Engine-only rates, industry-leading rewards, and intelligent automation to help businesses save money while delivering world-class personalization and convenience.
Backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, Engine has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing travel and fintech platforms in North America, with honors including the Deloitte Fast 500 and Built In's Best Places to Work.
Your MissionAs part of the Engine team, you'll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here's what you'll take charge of:
- Engine X Implementation Strategy: Craft and execute the implementation strategy for Engine X Card customers, ensuring new corporate card programs are activated quickly, configured cleanly against each customer’s finance and expense stack, and set up for long-term adoption.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate implementation blockers and integration patterns from the field into product priorities, unlocking a smoother deployment experience for every Engine X customer.
- Integration Workstream Leadership: Lead ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense-platform integration workstreams for Engine X, balancing speed for lighter-touch deployments with the rigor that mid-market and enterprise card programs require.
- Senior Implementation Voice on Deals: Serve as the senior implementation voice on complex Engine X sales cycles, partnering with sales on scoping, technical requirements, and time-to-first-transaction so every customer’s first experience with Engine X exceeds expectations.
We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, solutions architecture, or technical program management at a corporate card, spend management, or B2B fintech company, including 2+ years leading a team.
- Skills: You've owned corporate card program implementations end to end — from signed contract through first transaction and steady-state adoption — translating finance and IT requirements into deployment plans that hold up, and you're comfortable being the senior technical voice on a deal.
- Tech-Savvy: Direct experience with the integration surfaces corporate card customers actually care about: ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct), HRIS, SSO, and expense platforms (Concur, Expensify, Ramp, Brex). Familiarity with card issuing and payments infrastructure is a plus.
- Mindset: You come from a corporate card company (Brex, Ramp, Amex, Capital One Spark, Marqeta, or a similar lookalike) and you know what “good” looks like for onboarding a card program. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and deliver results that matter.
Applications for this role will be accepted through December 22, 2026 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
