The Pall Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources and Employee Relations support to the Pall Timonium manufacturing site. Participates in and supports the development and implementation of employee relations policies, programs, and services. Responsible for the implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, legal compliance, employee engagement, and communications.
This position reports to the HR Director and is part of the Human Resources Organization located in Timonium, Maryland, and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Deliver training programs in compliance with corporate training initiatives, including annual compliance training.
Drive recruitment efforts, including the design and execution of local market career events intended to build Pall’s brand and reputation in the surrounding community for all exempt and nonexempt positions, ranging from shop floor associates to professional technical associates.
Provide training and coaching for all levels of associates up to and including the site leadership team in areas such as employee relations, career planning, talent development, and performance management, including underperformance management.
Advise associates and leaders on recent changes to the Company's policies and practices with the goal of achieving the fullest levels of adoption, and continue to reinforce existing policies and practices to ensure the fullest levels of compliance.
Support regional and global HR initiatives to include the introduction of new processes, participation on global project delivery teams, and participation on cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years' experience in human resources delivering the HR agenda for a population of greater than 100 full-time employees.
3+ years’ HR leadership experience overseeing the HR agenda for an industrial, manufacturing or production environment.
Demonstrated ability to coach employees at all levels on individual performance matters and/or on the proper way to engage direct reports on matters related to performance.
Demonstrated ability to remain abreast of changing competitive market conditions impacting the ability to attract and retain talent.
Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with all levels of management and employees.
It would be a plus if you also have:
Master’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $105,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
