This is an impactful role for the organization requiring the ability to truly partner with commercial business leaders supporting/driving strategic, tactical, and critical initiatives. The Sr. HR Manager will translate business strategy into HR strategy, plans and solutions. The role will partner with the leadership to hire, engage, and develop talent to build the capabilities required for short and long-term success. As a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, this role will guide and take action in all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Engagement and Retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR partnership including commercial leaders and team, including sales, marketing, and customer-facing functions to drive business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Act as a strategic partner in developing roadmaps to accomplish business priorities and goals
Partners with business as a strategic advisor and change agent for organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Subject matter expert in areas of HR policies and processes
Coach and advise managers and leaders on issues including restructuring, investigations and other complex employee issues.
Conduct compensation analysis in partnership with COE's to resolve compensation needs and actions including sales incentive compensation.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and retain top talent.
Ensures alignment of HR processes (Performance Management and Development (PMD), Performance Calibration, Compensation Planning, Incentive programs etc.) with strategic and operating goals.
Supports the HR platforms (i.e., talent acquisition, compensation.) with large scale initiatives
Develop strong understanding for the commercial business model, customer landscape, and market dynamics to proactively align HR strategies with business priorities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience
At least 7 years of HR-related experience required; experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or customer-facing organizations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment highly preferred.
Knowledge and Complexity of Role

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
