Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote. 

The Sr. Mgr. Foods Planning & Logistics will be responsible for developing supply chain strategy for food products. You will lead integrated business planning, serve as a liaison to international teams, and ensure appropriate supply levels globally. You will also direct process improvement actions, develop support mechanisms, and establish objectives for cross-functional supply chain teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a master production schedule, aligning with business partners and resolving conflicts to ensure achievability.

A Day in the Life...

• Planning, developing and implementing strategy for food and beverage asset utilization, Alliance requirements, production requirements, materials, and stock transfers to meet organizational objectives. Responsible for Global replenishment, and appropriate supply. • Support harvest operations within CS&T, crop planning and management, and oversee total freezer network. • Team Leader responsible to identify and form product team, establish purpose, objectives, and operating principles and responsible for team staffing, skill development. Responsible for supporting operational successful launch of all Innovation initiatives. • Drive the Integrated Business Planning (Step 3) process within the organization to bring greater clarity to future needs and our ability to cost effectively deliver products to our customers. Liaison to International team to support growth providing Operational & planning support. • Responsible for process improvement methodologies, root cause analysis and identification of process improvement opportunities, recommendations to management of systemic changes, utilization of management, functional partners, and support mechanisms to improve results via work processes and systems. • Responsible for the development of and alignment to supply, material, inventory, and stock transfer plans: Achievable master production schedule (capacity and material constraints), inventory strategy, MRP, material scheduling, and requisitioning, replenishment strategy, alignment with functional partners on the “One Plan” for the product stream, conflict management and resolution in a timely manner. • Responsible for incorporating materials management, system master data maintenance, BOM Maintenance, and contract packaging supply and material planning. • Establish and achieve supply chain service, cost, and inventory objectives. Ensure knowledge of work processes that deliver those results. Establishes process measures that reliably predict performance. Establish purpose, objectives, and operating principles for the planning group.

Annual Salary:

$128,000 - $160,000
