Direct capital planning, continuous improvement, automation, energy and sustainability initiatives, compliance (FDA/GMP/AIB/SQF), and ramp-up of new products while managing engineering staff and contributing to plant leadership and financial decisions.

Lead processing, packaging, quality, and safety teams in a plant to drive operational excellence. Develop and adapt production plans and procedures, analyze efficiencies, yields and costs, ensure GMP and safety compliance, and coordinate with other functions to meet goals.

Manage receiving, operations planning, distribution, transportation and budgets for assigned facilities. Review master production plans, align with corporate supply chain, oversee 3PLs, drive continuous improvement and FSQA programs, develop supply chain teams, and support operational excellence and change management.

Lead enterprise value management and benefits realization across strategic initiatives. Define frameworks, quantify and track financial and non-financial benefits, align with finance and EPMO, govern portfolio decisions, validate outcomes, coach teams, and drive corrective actions to achieve measurable value.

Support Talent Acquisition by scheduling and coordinating interviews, screening resumes, managing onboarding, vendor and invoice administration, overseeing temporary staffing and intern recruitment, maintaining recruiting calendars and candidate communications, participating in employer branding, and completing ad-hoc TA projects to ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Use workforce, assessment, and survey data to produce dashboards, run descriptive and predictive analyses, evaluate assessment fairness and effectiveness, and partner with HR stakeholders to translate insights into data‑driven talent decisions and training materials.
