Drive continuous improvement, standardize best practices, coordinate plant PE teams, oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions, deliver training, manage metrics/scorecards (BevNet/FoodNet), and support cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Provide high-touch executive support and manage corporate and satellite office operations and facilities. Handle complex calendars, confidential matters, procurement/invoice processing (Ivalua), board meeting support (Diligent), and process improvements. Serve as super-user for tools (Outlook, Concur), assist with onboarding, budgeting, office moves, and vendor coordination to keep leaders and teams running efficiently.

Manage plant staffing and schedules, adjust for callouts and leaves, process hourly transfers/promotions, collaborate with recruiters and managers, support onboarding and payroll, maintain attendance and workforce management systems, run operational audits and reports, and promote food safety within plant operations.

Administer and manage plant learning programs and the MPOWER LMS, develop and deliver training content and onboarding, lead Train‑the‑Trainer, coordinate schedules, assess training effectiveness, partner with cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and audit training standards.

Develop and commercialize new food products through bench prototypes, pilot-scale tests and DOE. Ensure sensory/quality/cost targets, manage technical timelines, perform costing, author specs in PLM, support plant commercialization (~15% travel), and present recommendations to leadership.

Process multi-jurisdictional payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, off-cycle), manage international payroll and year-end reporting, audit time tracking in Workday, coordinate with OneSource Virtual and vendors, ensure tax and compliance, support reconciliations and payroll projects, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.

Provide legal counsel supporting litigation, commercial contracts, IP prosecution and registration, claims and dispute management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional business advising. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, analyze legal risks, and work with internal teams including R&D, supply chain, marketing, IT/privacy, and employment on legal matters.

Lead and supervise receiving team operations at a plant, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective fruit receiving. Monitor and report on performance, quality, safety, equipment condition, and monthly metrics. Coordinate maintenance, grower-owner services, A/P administration, and assume manager duties when needed.

Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to executives (excluding CEO): manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare correspondence/reports/presentations, track expenses, perform data entry and general clerical duties, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes and solve business problems.

Lead and manage all plant operations including production, blending, maintenance and on-line quality. Drive productivity, schedule adherence, cost control, team development, food safety and regulatory compliance. Develop budgets, labor relations, long-range plans to improve line performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic direction.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and portfolio, prioritize high‑impact use cases, build business cases, and ensure responsible AI governance. Provide technical leadership for prototyping, MLOps, model lifecycle, and integration with enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Azure, Microsoft Copilot). Manage a small AI team, drive cross-functional adoption, change management, and executive communications to deliver measurable business value.

Lead commercialization and supply readiness for Foods & Beverage portfolio by coordinating cross-functional teams across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Operations. Manage launches, promotions, portfolio changes, capacity planning, S&OP/IBP inputs, scenario analysis, and network/contract manufacturing coordination. Use ERP/planning systems and analytics to inform decisions, track readiness, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement and governance.

Lead Ocean Spray's organic social vision and content strategy. Develop content frameworks, drive creator partnerships and platform innovation, manage agencies and social tech, build social team capabilities, set KPIs, translate insights into action, and communicate performance to senior leadership.

Analyze and improve supply chain business processes and SAP systems (PP and IM/EWM). Gather requirements, translate to technical specs, support integrations, test and deploy enhancements, provide production support, documentation, and end-user training to optimize manufacturing, planning, and warehousing operations.

Develop, maintain, and optimize sales, media, and buyer behavior reports and dashboards. Perform SQL/Excel data pulls and ad hoc analyses, standardize KPIs, support centralized reporting migrations, and deliver insights to drive sales and profitability across stakeholders.

Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure including servers, storage, portal/web applications, and UNIX/Windows systems. Deploy, configure, patch, and troubleshoot systems, support cloud migrations and IaC, work with vendors and project teams, and ensure reliable, secure environments across departments.
