We're looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Finance Transformation to join our Finance Transformation team. Reporting to the Director, Finance Process Optimization & Transformation, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, documenting, and implementing consistent end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) and Record to Report (R2R) processes (secondary) across all regions and subsidiaries
- Leading transformation initiatives by identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional global teams (Source to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, IT, etc.) to drive the finance transformation roadmap
- Leveraging RPA, workflow automation, and AI technologies to streamline finance processes and enhance operational efficiencies
- Ensuring compliance by mapping controls to processes, identifying risks, and supporting audit preparations with necessary documentation and walkthroughs
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transformation initiatives within Source to Pay and Record to Report functions in a consulting role (External or Internal)
- MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Coupa or similar Source to Pay tools and ERP systems (preferably Netsuite/Oracle)
- Proficiency in RPA tools, workflow automation, and AI for process enhancement
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Advanced certifications such as CPIM from APICS , Lean Six Sigma, PMP qualification
- In-depth knowledge of Source to Pay platforms (preferably Coupa) and ERP systems (Netsuite/Oracle)
- Demonstrated use of RPA/AI tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate and experience working with US based teams in driving transformation
