We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and scale our performance marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across key digital channels, with a strong focus on Google and Meta platforms.

The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve campaign performance and marketing effectiveness. Experience with additional acquisition channels such as DV360, Affiliates, or Partnerships will be considered a strong advantage.

Skills & Qualification
  • 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in managing and scaling campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing channels.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, attribution, reporting, experimentation, and optimization.

  • Experience working with web analytics and marketing measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.

  • Strong interest and practical understanding of AI-powered marketing, automation, and workflow optimization.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for campaign planning, audience analysis, reporting, creative ideation, and performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with AI Agents, workflow automation tools, and no-code platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar solutions to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency.

  • Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve campaign performance, reporting, decision-making, and customer acquisition outcomes.

  • Experience with DV360, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or other performance acquisition channels will be an added advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage performance marketing initiatives across Google and Meta channels, driving customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute channel strategies, budget allocation plans, and optimization frameworks to maximize ROAS and business outcomes.

  • Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, customer quality, and retention indicators.

  • Lead campaign planning, execution, testing, and scaling across Google and Meta platforms while ensuring efficient budget utilization.

  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities through audience expansion, creative testing, landing page optimization, and channel diversification.

  • Explore and manage additional acquisition channels such as DV360, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI-powered marketing solutions to improve campaign management, audience insights, reporting, creative workflows, and operational efficiency.

  • Build and implement AI-driven agents and automated workflows using tools such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms to automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, privacy regulations, and advancements in AI, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Skills Required

  • 5-8 years experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise managing and scaling Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
