Lead the product vision and roadmap for Claims & Customer Experience, building an AI-first claims platform. Own customer journeys, decision engines, automation, partner ecosystems, and operational transformation. Partner with Engineering, Data and Operations to scale automation, improve decision quality, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer trust. Build and lead a high-performing product and CX organization focused on platform thinking and measurable business impact.

Provide product analytics to inform product and growth decisions: analyze funnels, cohorts, LTV, DAU/MAU and retention; design and analyze A/B tests; build dashboards and semantic layers; design data marts and dimensional models; use SQL, Python and BI/product analytics tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams and recommend actions to improve engagement, retention and monetisation.

Process end-to-end outpatient medical insurance claims ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and TAT adherence. Coordinate with hospitals, customers, internal teams, and TPAs; verify claim details, resolve discrepancies, manage multiple files, maintain records and reports, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Product Designer, you'll own the design process from research through to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve user experience challenges in insurance products.

Lead DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure (IaC, config management), CI/CD, release management, observability, DBs, cost optimization and infrastructure security. Hands-on role participating in design/planning, driving availability, scalability, best practices, mentoring juniors, evaluating tools, and delivering long-term solutions.

Lead ACKO's D2C design charter by defining design strategy, elevating strategic problem framing, coaching senior designers, building a culture of original thinking, and owning design impact on core D2C metrics (conversion, activation, retention, claims satisfaction).

The Senior Product Designer will lead design for three products, focusing on the intersection of physical and digital services while emphasizing a user-centered approach and code prototyping.
