Translates accounting requirements into functional specifications, defines posting rules and reconciliation logic, integrates insurance and regulatory data sources, investigates transaction anomalies using SQL and financial models, and ensures data lineage, auditability, and balance-sheet integrity. Partners with finance, actuarial, analytics, engineering, and executive stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Own and optimize customer lifecycle and CRM journeys across WhatsApp, push, email, SMS, in-app, and call-center channels. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, automated journey setup, campaign QA and deployment, A/B testing, funnel and campaign analytics, personalization, retention and reactivation initiatives, and cross-functional execution with Growth, Product, Data, Content, Design, and Technology teams.

Conduct credit analysis of corporates, PSUs, NBFCs, and banks by reviewing financial statements, cash flows, business risks, and industry conditions. Prepare credit appraisal and investment recommendation reports, monitor debt portfolios for rating changes, covenant breaches, sector stress, and early warning signals, and evaluate macroeconomic, company-specific, and RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI regulatory developments affecting portfolio holdings.

Lead security operations by monitoring and investigating alerts, managing SIEM and EDR platforms, responding to complex incidents, conducting threat hunting, tuning detection rules, and analyzing cloud, SASE, identity, endpoint, and network logs. Support brand protection, automate SOC activities with scripts and SOAR, apply AI to security workflows, document incidents, improve controls, and mentor security team members.

Analyze product performance, user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, and experimentation results to guide product decisions. Build dashboards, reports, data marts, dimensional models, and semantic layers for self-service analytics. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to define KPIs, identify growth opportunities, improve engagement, and support monetization. Use SQL, Python, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows to deliver accurate, actionable insights.

Leads direct and indirect tax compliance, GST return closure, tax risk sign-off, assessments, litigation, transfer pricing, tax provisions, and auditor engagement. Owns tax technology modernization, including GST reconciliation, TDS automation, tax dashboards, and compliance alerts. Manages the taxation team and coordinates with tax authorities, external counsel, auditors, and finance stakeholders. Requires strong GST and direct tax expertise, CA qualification, and experience with ERP systems and automation initiatives.

Own business finance for an ACKO D2C segment, partnering with leadership on P&L or cost ownership, strategic metrics, root-cause analysis, investment cases, ROI analysis, and growth decisions. Build financial frameworks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate with FP&A and Controllership on reporting, allocations, and reconciliations.

Lead ACKO's D2C design charter by defining design strategy, elevating strategic problem framing, coaching senior designers, building a culture of original thinking, and owning design impact on core D2C metrics (conversion, activation, retention, claims satisfaction).

The Senior Product Designer will lead design for three products, focusing on the intersection of physical and digital services while emphasizing a user-centered approach and code prototyping.

Own Mumbai field operations: hire and maintain blue-collar workforce, manage vendors and RSA, coach staff, enforce SOPs and safety, track and meet city KPIs, and report to leadership.
