Key Responsibilities:

  • Define a cohesive end-to-end HCP digital engagement strategy, including journey mapping, platform and channel strategy, UX, data and insight strategy. Ensure strategy is clearly articulated, understood and aligned with relevant internal stakeholder – including Leadership Team. Ensure strategy is translated into programs and clear deliverables. Provide regular updates to peers and leadership team, ensure targets are met.

  • Lead field-to-HCP digital engagement programs – e.g. data capture, email campaign automation - with high focus on Field Team UX and value delivered to HCPs. Lead project management and execution. Evaluate, pilot and expand new initiatives (e.g. account-based marketing)

  • Closely collaborate with Digital and AI team members to align HCP outreach campaigns to the overarching HCP engagement strategy. Closely collaborate with Digital and AI team members to ensure execution of HCPs programs with relevant content and features. Oversee data strategy, insights and continuous improvement.

  • Define strategy and develop innovative digital HCP facing programs (e.g., digital education and marketing platforms, eLearning). Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality) to ensure adherence to regulations and internal compliance on HCP training records tracking including updating the Education Portal to support new product launches. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement synergy opportunities across Business Units

  • Lead insight strategy: define KPIs for overall digital activities, collaborate with team members to ensure appropriate data is collected across audiences and channels, create dashboards for leadership reporting, operational reviews and program optimization. Instil insight-driven culture across Digital and AI team. Ensure insights are highly valued across THV, collect feedback and optimize insight strategy. Ensure insights are clearly articulated and communicated regularly to the broader THV organization.

  • Manage project budget, establish and maintain project timelines, drive communication to stakeholders. Proactively prepare proposals of new initiatives that support strategy – with budget, resources and time requirements.

  • For HCP related activities, participate in user acceptance testing and quality validation processes. Oversee the creation of user reference documentation and business procedures. Oversee training and provision of high-quality support to users.


Education and Experience:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a digital business function (e.g. digital marketing) within a healthcare-related industry, with excellent track record and understanding of all digital channels, development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies, incorporating UX practice in projects
  • Strong understanding on how to develop and articulate a digital strategy towards an HCP audience, and communicate this strategy internally in a compelling manner – including to non-digital experts.
  • Strong experience leading projects, setting clear milestones and outcomes, communicating on progress and aligning stakeholders towards completion
  • Strong experience collecting and reporting digital initiative insights, designing KPIs and reporting dashboards, identifying and implementing data capture requirements, setting insight review and communication routines, as well as recommending actions from insights
  • Solid track record of HCP engagement program design and deployment – or other relevant health-related audiences
  • Fluent English, other language are a plus, especially French and German

  • Proven experience in healthcare industry - preferably medical devices - either on client or agency side. Alternatively, strong experience in complex B2B environment.

  • Ability to collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Ability to forge partnerships at all organizational levels and to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management. Must be able influence and guide stakeholders

  • Drive for results and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment

  • Strong project management skills

  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box

  • Strong ability to leverage productivity and collaboration tools – incl. but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
