Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for Sr Manager, Digital Commercial Integration Lead. The location for this position is Santa Clara, CA.

Overview:

We are seeking a leader to orchestrate the commercialization of our digital solutions. This is a high-visibility, action-oriented role requiring strong program leadership skills, governance discipline, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Enablement & Readiness

  • Lead coordination of all digital deliverables supporting commercialization and support beyond.

  • Ensure platforms, workflows, and integrations are validated and launch-ready.

  • Partner with product, sales, marketing, legal, engineering, finance, and customer success teams to develop enablement plans that accelerate adoption.

2. Stakeholder Integration & Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Digital and internal business unit customers

  • Align dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across engineering, product, commercial, and operations teams.

  • Maintain executive-level visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.

3. Governance & Risk Management

  • Enforce governance mechanisms to drive accountability across stakeholders.

  • Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and resource gaps that could delay digital readiness.

  • Provide concise, actionable updates to executive leadership.

4. Internal Customer Advocacy & Value Creation

  • Act as the trusted partner and advocate for the internal business unit inside Digital.

  • Ensure internal business units’ strategic priorities, timelines, and workflows are fully represented in digital plans.

  • Anticipate customer needs, translate them into digital deliverables, and ensure those solutions create tangible customer value.

  • Build deep relationships with customer leadership to operate as their “go-to” integrator and problem solver.

5. Success Measures

  • Achievement of digital readiness milestones aligned to commercialization timelines.

  • Adoption rates and support of digital tools post-launch.

  • Reduction of cross-functional risks and dependency delays.

  • Executive alignment and visibility into digital enablement progress.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree within business, marketing, or relevant discipline is required. Advanced degree is preferred.

Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital enablement, commercialization, or program leadership within MedTech, robotics, or enterprise SaaS.

  • Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives and deliver outcomes without direct authority.

  • Skilled in program management, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate digital capabilities into customer value.

  • Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills.

Other:

  • This role will be based out of Santa Clara, CA. and may require up to 15% travel (domestic and international)

  • The anticipated base pay for this role is $130,800 to $238,050
