About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes工作职责：
1、协助部门负责人制定整体客户经营分析制定客户经营策略
1）协助部门负责人制定营销员渠道线下客户经营活动策划、线上线下客户经营活动推动
2）设计、发布、推动及跟踪业务活动，并对活动结果评估
3）客户的需求和偏好作为改进产品和服务质量的动力，以提高客户的满意度和忠诚程度
2、完成公司营销员渠道的各类客户经营活动
策划和实施各类客户为导向的业务活动 配合举办产品及各类主题的客户说明会 合理管理控制各类客户经营活动预算，确保各类业务活动举办控制在预算内
3、客户经营的资源分配与支持
提供部门负责人相应的数据支持，以评估进行合理分配并做好分配后的落实工作 配合部门负责人根据业务节奏调整推动计划并实施 客户委员会的组织与支持
4、总公司与分公司宣导平台的推广及配合
总公司宣导内容的及时转发及推广； 分公司亮点素材（包括活动及优秀业务经验）的收集、整理及提供； 分公司及下属机构所需其他业务资料的支持和提供
6、清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求并及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险
7、其他主管安排的事宜

Skills Required
- Experience planning and executing customer-focused online and offline marketing activities
- Ability to design, deploy, track and evaluate marketing/business activities and events
- Experience managing event and activity budgets and controlling costs
- Capacity to provide data support and allocate resources based on business metrics
- Coordinate internal communications and collect/share branch-level marketing assets and best practices
- Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements and ability to identify and report quality risks
