About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary and technically proficient Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design and definition of a next-generation Xin1 integrated system (e.g., combining traction inverter, eMotor, eGearbox, on-board charger (OBC), DC-DC converter, PTC heater, power distribution unit (PDU), battery management system (BMS), vehicle control unit (VCU), and software) for electric vehicle platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture, interfaces, and performance of a fully integrated e-drive system designed for high efficiency, compact footprint, and cost-optimized production.

Skills Required
- Senior systems engineering experience in automotive or EV powertrain
- Experience designing integrated e‑drive systems (inverter, eMotor, eGearbox, OBC, DC-DC, PDU, BMS, VCU)
- Systems architecture and interface definition for vehicle platforms
- Expertise in power electronics, electric motor systems, and battery management
- Ability to optimize designs for efficiency, compact footprint, and cost‑optimized production
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams or projects
