11- Actively contribute to enhancing the efficiency of CRM operational systems and processes, leveraging professional know-how to support organizational knowledge and skill development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising senior staff on complex CRM operational issues and guiding junior colleagues on best practices and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to manage system enhancements, actively contributing to user stories, backlog prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements.
- Participate in strategic transformation initiatives within CRM operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability across the revenue lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with peers across various functions to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, effectively influencing immediate leadership and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience working closely with Technology teams on release cycles, user stories, backlog management, and UAT.
- Ability to engage with and influence peers and immediate leadership, coupled with effective stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ processes and reporting, including understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies.
