Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Creator Marketing to lead day-to-day execution of creator programs. Embedded within a highly integrated team, you’ll support product-focused campaigns that often combine creator, experiential, and earned elements. Sitting at the intersection of cultural trends, digital storytelling, and creator partnerships, you’ll bring both creative vision and operational precision, moving seamlessly between strategy development, client presentations, budget oversight, and talent negotiations. We’re looking for someone energized by pace and complexity, and who is ready to lead multiple campaigns with strategic focus, cross-functional coordination, and creative precision.
ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of creator marketing strategy and execution for a major national retail client, from planning through launch and wrap.
Drive ongoing ideation and campaign development tied to major moments, product launches, and seasonal activations.
Infuse creator strategy into broader integrated marketing efforts, collaborating closely with PR, creative, paid media, and external partners.
Build and manage robust creator plans and budgets, with a focus on ROI and quality engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and talent agents across all tiers.
Manage multiple workstreams with an eye toward quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Serve as key client point of contact for workstreams, representing the team’s work with professionalism and strategic insight.
Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering creative thinking and professional development.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in creator marketing at an agency, brand, or talent management company
Hands-on experience working with creators across tiers (nano to celebrity) and platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.)
Strong contract negotiation and talent management experience
Experience building strategic briefs, managing content calendars, and driving measurable results
Ability to use data and platform insights to inform strategy and optimizations
Familiarity with developing post-campaign reports and translating insights into recommendations
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., PR, paid media, creative, analytics, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple workstreams
Experience with creator discovery and tracking platforms (e.g., Captiv8, CreatorIQ, etc.)
Experience in CPG or retail, especially food & beverage verticals
Experience managing creator-led events and in-person activations
Strategic understanding of paid media amplification including boosting, whitelisting, and platform-specific extensions and how to collaborate with paid teams to optimize creator content performance
Experience in fast-moving environments
Comfort leading high-volume programs with minimal oversight
Ability to lead strategic presentations to clients and stakeholders
Empathy-driven leader who builds trust and develops talent
Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence
Contributes to internal POVs, creator trend briefings, or cross-team thought leadership
$68,000 - $96,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
