About the role.
Reporting to the Director Brand Building and IMC, the Sr. Manager Brand Building & IMC - Foodservice is a dynamic marketing leader and strategic partner to the North America Foodservice marketing organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand-building strategies, driving integrated marketing communications (IMC), and ensuring executional excellence across key Foodservice brands. Working closely with brand teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead the development and execution of impactful, insight-driven marketing programs that strengthen brand equity, drive business results, and advance marketing effectiveness.
What you'll be doing.
- Lead the integrated planning process for Foodservice brands, from campaign briefing through execution, measurement, and post-campaign learning.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies for brand-equity-focused Foodservice brands, including creative development, media planning, partnerships, earned media, and production.
- Guide product-focused Foodservice brands through the integrated marketing process, ensuring alignment across budgets, timelines, deliverables, and channels.
- Partner with brand teams to create clear, inspiring, and strategically grounded agency briefs that address consumer needs, brand ambitions, and business challenges.
- Collaborate with media agency partners to identify target audiences and develop data-driven, full-funnel media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver best-in-class marketing programs and maximize business impact.
- Influence and advise cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, Shopper Marketing, and agency partners through strategic recommendations and thought leadership.
- Drive executional excellence by managing timelines, facilitating collaboration, connecting integrated agency teams, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
- Develop and execute a campaign effectiveness learning agenda, leveraging insights and measurement to improve future marketing performance.
- Educate teams on evolving marketing trends, media best practices, consumer behavior, and Foodservice industry insights while fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of marketing, integrated marketing communications (IMC), or brand-building experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Foodservice marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading internal and agency teams through full-funnel, omni-channel marketing programs, including paid media, earned media, social media, experiential marketing, partnerships, creator/influencer programs, shopper marketing, and brand activations.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance big-picture vision and detailed execution.
- Proven track record translating consumer insights into impactful marketing strategies and business results.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and leadership presence that fosters collaboration and positive team dynamics.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments while maintaining accountability and focus on results.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

The Brand Building & Foodservice team serves as a strategic center of excellence supporting McCain's North America Foodservice marketing organization. The team partners closely with Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, Shopper Marketing, media agencies, and creative partners to deliver integrated marketing programs that build strong brands and drive business growth. This role is highly collaborative and influential, helping teams maximize marketing effectiveness while championing consumer-centric and data-driven decision making.

Compensation Package : $107,600.00 - $143,500.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
