Learning Managers (LMs) demonstrate their knowledge and experience in student and instructor needs, learning science, and curriculum development to enable the content strategy for their focus areas. Using an agile and strategic approach, market-based insights, and instructional design methodologies, LMs recommend and implement improvements to higher-education course materials and career-training curricula. LMs collaborate with a wide range of team members including editorial managers, program associates, content project managers, researchers, product marketing managers, authors/content creators, external vendors, and more. Our LMs are curious, tenacious, dedicated to sharing ideas, and committed to questioning the status quo in learning.
