- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions, including workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, to define business needs and project scope
- Drive process mapping, documentation, and standardization, ensuring clarity and usability for business and technical teams, translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on business priorities
- Partner with business teams to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solution delivery
- Develop comprehensive project charters, including clear objectives, success criteria, and detailed requirements
- Identify and lead opportunities for process improvement, redesign, and development of new policies or workflows

What You Need:
MBA in IT/Operations/Marketing or Bachelors in Technology, Engineering (Computer Science, IT) preferred
8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or IT consulting within large-scale commercial organizations
Strong expertise in business analysis—requirements gathering, as-is/to-be process mapping, and process optimization
Proven experience documenting complex processes and translating them into clear, actionable insights

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in regulated environments (preferred), with flexibility to support global stakeholders
