The Role
The Brand Strategist will report to the CMO of Kyndryl India . You will be responsible to design, develop and grow the Kyndryl brand in the India market. You will be responsible for Brand activation for India - specific ABM account brand plans, create brand awareness plan activation in line with challenges outlined by India leadership. You will also be responsible for creating brand enablement programs to brand info, new initiatives etc.
Own the Kyndryl merchandise program end to end – keep track of requests, ownership, timelines dependencies. Create a PM excel sheet for all merch requests, Collaborate with content and Collaborative teams to bring back learnings to India market. Be the conduit between global brand team and the India team – educate India marketing team and leaders on global brand campaigns and strategy, take feedback from markets back to global. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders at regular intervals.
Responsible for office and space branding, work with global to design for office spaces in India, execute with operations/vendors and ensure brand compliance.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

8+ years of experience in the Technology Industry.

8+ years in brand strategy and management.

Master’s degree or MBA (Marketing and/or Information Technology).

Must have strong creative and communication skills. The candidate also must be tech savvy and willing to use tools and technology to manage workflow and execution of content delivery.

Must be analytically curious and embrace using reporting tools to dig through data and evaluate content performance.

Must have strong writing skills and an eye for great design. Candidates will be asked to submit work samples.

Demonstrate evidence of facilitating and initiating creative thinking.

Must be able to develop relationships and work with a wide array of internal and external partners in content development, production and measurement, video distribution, and social media.

Must be a collaborative partner yet provocative thought leader.

Sales experience in technical solutions
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Preferably having at least 10 years of experience managing accounts in BFSI industry.

A degree in Communications, brand and media studies is preferred.

Relations with media, agencies is a plus.
