Project Background:
New system development that will be used by Sony sales and marketing business for Purchase Orders creation and management.
Latest technology stack covering React, SpringBoot and Microservices and deployment on AWS Platform. AWS RDS (Oracle) at backend. CI/CD (GitLab, Docker, ECS)
Development team at Bengaluru and Global rollout to various regions in coming 3-4 years, in phase wise manner.
Role : Sr. Java Developer (Individual Contributor)
Relevant Exp : 6+ yrs. (flexible for exceptional candidate)
Responsibilities: {Hands-on individual contributor)
Understand business requirements – functional features, validations etc. (this is important to perform well along with tech skills) Design, code, test, and debug J2EE applications Implement best practices in design, code quality, cloud, DevOps, monitoring, and security Drive technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/Skills
Must have project experience in :
Worked in web application development projects with active involvement in end to end SDLC Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot & Restful Web Services Java persistence frameworks – JPA or Hibernate, Spring Data etc. Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and very good in SQL Good understanding of Microservices architectures Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with Devops/CI-CD concepts, GitLab
- Experience with AWS cloud services and offerings
Onboarding : Immediate
Work Location : Bengaluru
Work Shift : General {distributed team in US, Japan and Singapore – so flexibility to attend discussions)
