Principle Responsibilities:
Serves as a QA/Test senior resource, capable of working on multiple projects and priorities across business lines and IT platforms.
Coaches and mentors less experienced QA analysts and collaborates with other IT teams.
Capable of providing oversight and guidance of offshore testers to ensure test validation tasks are successfully completed in accordance with project and release timelines.
Develops, provides input and/or modifies processes to resolve complex testing and quality process issues to include environment assessments and translation of requirements.
Reviews, formulates, defines and oversees system and project QA scope and objectives based on quality assurance and testing standards.
Provides senior level consulting services to internal IT and business groups on Quality Assurance and testing deliverables.
Proficient in interpersonal skills to establish productive, efficient and goal oriented partnerships with QA peers, other IT disciplines and the business.
Understands benefits and drives utilization of common tools and automation.
Adheres to and supports all organizational and IT policies and procedures regarding software development and project management.
Accumulates and provides a thorough understanding of business systems, technology, risk, compliance and process requirements, considering relevance of technology to both current and future environments.
