Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced 7- 12 year of experience as Project Manager to support the MEC Customer Ancillary Program. This role will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.
Ensure project objectives align with business goals and strategic priorities.
Manage vendor and partner relationships when applicable.
Drive accountability and timely resolution of project challenges.
Support change management and project adoption activities.

This role is critical to maintaining continuity and successful delivery of MEC Customer Ancillary initiatives following the departure of the current Project Manager.
The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $110000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
