As an IT Senior Business Analyst, you will:
Provide techno-functional insights and solution options using our global IT Ecosystem.
Drive and resolve issues for Engineering technology: Aras PLM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion CPQ and other standard engineering systems.
Co-own the roadmap with Engineering to drive the replacement of legacy systems/tools to the enterprise standard technology. Support formulation of long-term strategy (process and technology) and execute plan in partnership with customers (business stakeholders) and other IT teams.
Lead the requirements gathering, development specifications, and facilitate end user sign off for new projects.
Oversee the integration of engineering systems with other enterprise software applications (SolidWorks, legacy tools, etc.)
Manage data within PLM and ERP systems. Support including data migration, data mapping, and data quality initiatives.
In collaboration with business teams, define, and conduct training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PLM and ERP systems.
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
BA/BS Computer Science or similar required with 7 years’ experience.
PLM and ERP knowledge and experience.
Advanced technical and business process skills coupled with expanded skills within the position’s professional area.
Basic understanding of new technology and best practices
Leads and/or mentors and trains others to execute continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrated capability to successfully lead medium / large projects
Preferred experience that differentiates you:
MBA 5+ years’ experience
Project Management
Specific experience with Aras PLM or Oracle EBS
Location: Kent, WA, Hanover, NH or Minneapolis, MN
Travel: Up to 10% to other Hypertherm facilities

Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- Seven years of professional experience
- PLM and ERP knowledge and experience
- Advanced technical and business process skills
- Basic understanding of new technology and best practices
- Experience leading, mentoring, and training others in continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead medium and large projects
- MBA
- Five or more years of experience associated with an MBA
- Project management experience
- Specific experience with Aras PLM or Oracle EBS
